Jag har nÄgra vinterpumpor kvar och Àter för fullt av dem pÄ olika sÀtt, alltifrÄn ugnsrostade till att peta ner dem i grytor, att göra nachos pÄ dem till pumpahumus. MÄste verkligen göra ett slag för vinterpumpor, bÄde goda och hÄllbara! Om du inte har odlat sjÀlv sÄ kan du faktiskt ocksÄ köpa i affÀren och göra denna humus sÄ kanske du blir biten av att odla vinterupumpor?!.
Jag Àlskar hummus till dipp för grönsaker eller till goda kex. Det Àr ocksÄ perfekt med humus som pÄlÀgg pÄ godare bröd eller som tillbehör till kokta rödbetor. Ja man kan faktiskt anvÀnda hummus till det mesta och plötsligt lyfter det till oanade höjder!
Jag har gjort pumpahummus pÄ lite olika sÀtt men det hÀr Àr bÄde lÀtt och gott!
Du behöver
1 bit vintersquash/pumpa (ca 6-8 dl tÀrnad)
1 burk kikÀrtor
2 vitlöksklyftor
1 chili i valfri styrka
1 pressad citron
olivolja
salt och peppar
Gör:
1. SÀtt ugnen pÄ 250 grader. SkÀr pumpan i tÀrningar och lÀgg pumpa lÀgg den pÄ en ugnsform. Ringla pÄ lite olja och rosta ca 20 minuter i ugnen/tills den Àr mjuk.
2. Mixa samtliga ingredienser med en stavmixer och hÀll pÄ lite olja i taget. Mixa slÀtt, salta och peppra efter smak. StÀll i kyl.
